This website is operated by GoTren (Qodera). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to GoTren (Qodera). GoTren is a platform that connects users with spaces, fitness classes, and related services available at https://gotren.app.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing or booking something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, space owners, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our platform. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Section 1 — Platform Role

GoTren (Qodera) acts as a marketplace platform only.

• We do not own, operate, or control spaces, training services, or any fitness classes listed on the platform.
• All services are provided by independent third-party service providers (spaces and trainers).
• GoTren facilitates the discovery and booking of those services on your behalf.

Section 2 — Online Platform Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have consent from a legal guardian.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the use of the Service.

You must not transmit any malware, worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to Services.

Section 3 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 4 — Accuracy and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

Prices and availability of classes and sessions are subject to change without notice and are controlled by the individual service providers.

Section 5 — Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for bookings are subject to change without notice and may vary between providers.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5A — Services

Certain services may be available exclusively online through the platform. These services may have limited capacity and are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the availability of our services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer for any service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any booking or order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities of bookings per person or per account. These restrictions may include bookings placed under the same customer account or the same credit card. If we make a change to or cancel a booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the booking was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed in bad faith or by resellers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made through our platform. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate, complete, and current account and billing information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, including for inactivity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Section 7 — Bookings & Payments

• Users can book sessions and classes through the GoTren platform.
• Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider, PayTabs, using a secure authorize/capture model.
• How authorize/capture works: When you complete a booking, your payment method is authorized (a hold is placed) but no funds are charged at that point. The payment is only captured (funds actually deducted) once you attend the session. In cases of a confirmed no-show attributable to the user, the authorized amount will also be captured.
• If you cancel within the eligible window (at least 6 hours before the session), the authorization is released and no charge is made to your account.
• GoTren (Qodera) may collect payments on behalf of service providers.
• Prices displayed are subject to change before a booking is confirmed.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful booking.

Section 8 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links over which we have no control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools or websites.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites.

Section 9 — User Comments and Submissions

If you send us feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation to maintain confidentiality. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Section 10 — Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy set out below.

Section 11 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to session descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel bookings if information is found to be inaccurate at any time, without prior notice.

Section 12 — Prohibited Uses

As part of the acceptable use policy of the GoTren (Qodera) platform, you agree not to use the platform, its services, or its content to engage in any of the following activities:

• Harming the reputation, goodwill, or public image of the platform in any way.
• Promoting any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, drug use, or underage drinking.
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
• Sharing or publishing any data or information related to the platform or its users without our prior written consent.
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or rules within the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other jurisdiction.
• Posting or transmitting defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Sharing confidential or non-public information about any individual or entity without explicit authorization.
• Disrupting or interfering with other users’ use of the platform, or attempting to hack, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Reselling or commercially exploiting any part of the platform or its content without explicit permission.
• Copying, reproducing, or printing any part of the platform without prior written consent.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Overloading or attempting to disrupt the platform’s infrastructure or services.
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) or conducting unauthorized bulk messaging campaigns.
• Using automated tools (such as bots or crawlers) to extract or index platform data without permission.
• Impersonating others or concealing the origin of any data or communication.
• Monitoring, intercepting, or analyzing platform data traffic without authorization.
• Collecting or storing user data without their explicit consent.
• Impersonating or referencing any third party without obtaining their consent, especially in the case of minors.

Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may lead to legal action where applicable.

Section 13 — Health Disclaimer

Fitness and physical activities carry inherent risks. You participate in any session, class, or program at your own risk.

GoTren (Qodera) is not responsible for any injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from participation in activities booked through the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in any activity you book.

Section 14 — Promotions & Advertising

The platform may include sponsored listings and promotional placements. These are clearly labelled. We do not guarantee results or endorse the quality of any advertised third-party services. Advertising revenue is a legitimate component of GoTren's business model.

Section 15 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

In no case shall GoTren (Qodera), our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 16 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoTren (Qodera) and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Section 17 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 18 — Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Section 19 — Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

Section 20 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Section 21 — Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

بزيارتك للموقع و/أو شرائك أو حجزك لأي خدمة منا، فأنت تشارك في "الخدمة" وتوافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع المستخدمين، بمن فيهم المتصفحون والعملاء وأصحاب الصالات الرياضية والمدربون ومساهمو المحتوى.

يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل الوصول إلى المنصة أو استخدامها. بوصولك إلى أي جزء من الموقع أو استخدامه، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

المادة 1 — طبيعة المنصة

تعمل جوترين (قوديرا) بوصفها منصةً وسيطةً (سوقاً إلكترونياً) فحسب.

• لا نملك أو نشغّل أو نتحكم في أي صالة رياضية أو خدمة تدريب أو فصل لياقة مدرجة على المنصة.
• تُقدَّم جميع الخدمات من قِبل مزودي خدمة مستقلين من طرف ثالث (صالات رياضية ومدربون).
• تُيسّر جوترين اكتشاف هذه الخدمات وحجزها نيابةً عنك.

المادة 2 — شروط استخدام المنصة

بموافقتك على هذه الشروط، فأنت تُقرّ بأنك بلغتَ سن الرشد في ولايتك القضائية، أو أنك حصلت على موافقة وليّ أمرك القانوني.

لا يحق لك استخدام خدماتنا لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مرخّص، كما لا يجوز لك انتهاك أي قوانين في ولايتك القضائية أثناء استخدام الخدمة.

يُحظر عليك إرسال أي برامج ضارة أو فيروسات أو أي رمز ذي طابع تدميري.

إن خرقك أو انتهاكك لأي من هذه الشروط سيؤدي إلى إنهاء فوري لوصولك إلى الخدمات.

المادة 3 — الشروط العامة

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض تقديم الخدمة لأي شخص لأي سبب وفي أي وقت.

أنت تقر بأن المحتوى الخاص بك (باستثناء معلومات بطاقة الائتمان) قد يتم نقله بشكل غير مُشفّر، وقد يشمل ذلك: (أ) عمليات نقل عبر شبكات مختلفة؛ و (ب) تغييرات للتوافق والتكيف مع المتطلبات التقنية للشبكات أو الأجهزة المتصلة. أما معلومات بطاقة الائتمان، فيتم دائماً تشفيرها أثناء نقلها عبر الشبكات.

توافق على عدم استنساخ أو تكرار أو نسخ أو بيع أو إعادة بيع أو استغلال أي جزء من الخدمة، أو استخدام الخدمة، أو الوصول إلى الخدمة، أو أي وسيلة تواصل على الموقع يتم من خلالها تقديم الخدمة، دون الحصول على إذن خطي صريح منا.

العناوين المستخدمة في هذه الاتفاقية وضعت لأغراض التسهيل فقط، ولا تؤثر على تفسير أو نطاق هذه الشروط.

المادة 4 — دقة المعلومات وحداثتها

لا نتحمل المسؤولية إذا كانت المعلومات المتاحة على هذا الموقع غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة أو غير محدّثة. المواد المتوفرة على الموقع مُقدَّمة للأغراض العامة فحسب.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل محتوى الموقع في أي وقت، وليس علينا التزام بتحديث المعلومات بشكل منتظم.

المادة 5 — التعديلات على الخدمة والأسعار

تخضع أسعار الحجوزات للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق، وقد تختلف بين مزودي الخدمة.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الخدمة أو إيقافها (أو أي جزء منها) في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. ولن نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي تعديل أو تغيير في الأسعار أو تعليق أو إيقاف للخدمة.

المادة 5أ — الخدمات

قد تكون بعض الخدمات متاحة حصرياً عبر الإنترنت من خلال المنصة. وقد تكون هذه الخدمات ذات سعة محدودة وتخضع لسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد الخاصة بنا.

نحتفظ بالحق، دون التزام، في تقييد توفر خدماتنا لأي شخص أو منطقة جغرافية أو نطاق قضائي. كما نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أي خدمة في أي وقت. ويُعد أي عرض لأي خدمة على هذا الموقع لاغياً حيثما يكون ذلك محظوراً.

لا نضمن أن جودة أي خدمات أو معلومات أو مواد أخرى تحصل عليها من خلال المنصة ستلبي توقعاتك، كما لا نضمن تصحيح أي أخطاء في الخدمة.

المادة 6 — دقة معلومات الحساب والفوترة

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي حجز أو طلب يتم تقديمه من خلال المنصة. كما يجوز لنا، وفقاً لتقديرنا الخاص، تقييد أو إلغاء عدد الحجوزات لكل شخص أو لكل حساب. وقد تشمل هذه القيود الحجوزات التي تتم باستخدام نفس حساب العميل أو نفس وسيلة الدفع. وفي حال قمنا بتعديل أو إلغاء أي حجز، قد نحاول إخطارك عبر عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي تم تقديمه عند إجراء الحجز.

نحتفظ بالحق في تقييد أو منع أي حجوزات نرى، وفقاً لتقديرنا، أنها تمت بسوء نية أو من قبل أطراف تعمل كوسطاء أو لإعادة البيع.

توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة للحساب والفوترة لجميع الحجوزات التي تتم عبر المنصة، كما توافق على تحديث معلومات حسابك بشكل فوري، بما في ذلك بريدك الإلكتروني وبيانات الدفع، حتى نتمكن من إتمام المعاملات والتواصل معك عند الحاجة.

أنت مسؤول عن:

• الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك.
• جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.
• تقديم معلومات حساب وفوترة دقيقة وكاملة ومحدّثة.
• إخطارنا فوراً بأي وصول غير مصرح به أو أي خرق أمني.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات في أي وقت، بما في ذلك في حالات عدم النشاط أو إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.

المادة 7 — الحجز والدفع

• يمكن للمستخدمين حجز الجلسات والفصول عبر منصة جوترين.
• تتم عمليات الدفع عبر مزود خدمة الدفع الخارجي PayTabs، باستخدام نموذج التفويض والتحصيل (Authorize/Capture).
• آلية التفويض والتحصيل: عند إتمام الحجز، يُفوَّض مبلغ على وسيلة دفعك (أي يُحجَز) ولكن لا تُخصَم أي أموال في تلك اللحظة. لا يُحصَّل المبلغ فعلياً إلا بعد حضورك الجلسة. وفي حالات عدم الحضور المؤكَّد من طرف المستخدم، يُحصَّل المبلغ المفوَّض أيضاً.
• في حال الإلغاء ضمن النافذة الزمنية المؤهلة (قبل 6 ساعات على الأقل)، يُلغى التفويض ولا يُخصَم أي مبلغ من حسابك.
• قد تتولى جوترين (قوديرا) تحصيل المدفوعات نيابةً عن مزودي الخدمة.
• الأسعار المعروضة قابلة للتغيير قبل تأكيد الحجز.
• سيُرسَل بريد إلكتروني للتأكيد إلى عنوانك البريدي المسجّل عند إتمام الحجز بنجاح.

المادة 8 — الأدوات الاختيارية وروابط الطرف الثالث

قد نتيح الوصول إلى أدوات أو روابط لجهات خارجية لا نملك أي سيطرة عليها. تقر بأننا نتيح الوصول إلى هذه الأدوات "كما هي" و"كما هي متاحة" دون أي ضمانات. لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية ناجمة عن استخدامك لهذه الأدوات أو المواقع الخارجية.

المادة 9 — تعليقات المستخدمين وإرسالاتهم

إذا أرسلتَ إلينا آراءً أو مقترحات أو مراجعات أو محتوىً آخر، فإنك توافق على أنه يجوز لنا استخدامها دون قيود أو تعويضات. تبقى وحدك مسؤولاً عن دقة وقانونية أي محتوى تقدمه.

المادة 10 — المعلومات الشخصية

يخضع تقديمك للمعلومات الشخصية عبر المنصة لـسياسة الخصوصية الموضحة أدناه.

المادة 11 — الأخطاء والإغفالات

قد تحتوي المنصة أحياناً على أخطاء مطبعية أو معلومات غير دقيقة تتعلق بأوصاف الجلسات أو الأسعار أو التوافر. نحتفظ بالحق في تصحيح أي أخطاء وإلغاء الحجوزات إذا تبيّن أن المعلومات غير دقيقة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

المادة 12 — الاستخدامات المحظورة

كجزء من سياسة الاستخدام المقبول لمنصة جوترين (قوديرا)، فإنك توافق على عدم استخدام المنصة أو أي من خدماتها أو محتواها للقيام بأي من الأفعال التالية:

• الإضرار بصورة المنصة أو سمعتها أو حسن نيتها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
• الترويج لأي نشاط أو محتوى غير قانوني، بما في ذلك (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر) إساءة معاملة الأطفال أو الحيوانات أو العنف أو تعاطي المخدرات أو الشرب دون السن القانونية.
• انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، بما في ذلك حقوق النشر أو العلامات التجارية أو براءات الاختراع أو الأسرار التجارية أو حقوق الخصوصية.
• مشاركة أو نشر أي بيانات أو معلومات تخص المنصة أو مستخدميها دون موافقة خطية مسبقة منا.
• انتهاك أي قوانين أو لوائح أو أنظمة معمول بها داخل جمهورية مصر العربية أو أي نطاق قضائي آخر.
• نشر أو إرسال محتوى تشهيري أو تهديدي أو مسيء أو مضايق أو عنصري أو إباحي أو غير لائق.
• مشاركة معلومات سرية أو غير عامة تخص أي شخص أو جهة دون إذن صريح.
• تعطيل أو إعاقة استخدام المنصة من قبل الآخرين، أو محاولة اختراقها أو تعديلها أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها.
• إزالة أو تعديل أي إشعارات حقوق ملكية أو علامات تجارية موجودة على المنصة.
• إعادة بيع أو استغلال أي جزء من المنصة أو محتواها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن صريح.
• نسخ أو طباعة أي جزء من المنصة دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.
• نشر فيروسات أو برمجيات خبيثة أو أي شيفرات ضارة.
• التسبب في ضغط مفرط على البنية التحتية للمنصة أو محاولة تعطيل خدماتها.
• إرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها (Spam) أو تنفيذ حملات بريدية جماعية غير مصرح بها.
• استخدام أدوات آلية (Bots / Crawlers) لاستخراج أو فهرسة بيانات المنصة دون إذن.
• تزوير الهوية أو إخفاء مصدر أي بيانات أو تواصل.
• مراقبة أو اعتراض أو تحليل حركة البيانات الخاصة بالمنصة أو مستخدميها دون تصريح.
• جمع أو تخزين بيانات المستخدمين دون موافقتهم الصريحة.
• انتحال أو الإشارة إلى أي طرف ثالث دون الحصول على موافقته، خاصة في حال كان قاصراً.

أي خرق لهذه السياسة قد يؤدي إلى تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك فوراً، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

المادة 13 — إخلاء المسؤولية الصحية

تنطوي أنشطة اللياقة البدنية على مخاطر متأصلة. أنت تشارك في أي جلسة أو فصل أو برنامج على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

لا تتحمل جوترين (قوديرا) أي مسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو مرض أو وفاة أو ضرر للممتلكات ناجم عن المشاركة في الأنشطة المحجوزة عبر المنصة.

المادة 14 — الترويج والإعلانات

قد تتضمن المنصة قوائم مدعومة ومحتوى ترويجي، وتكون مُعلَّمة بوضوح. لا نضمن نتائج أي خدمات طرف ثالث مُعلَن عنها ولا نزكّيها.

المادة 15 — إخلاء الضمانات وتحديد المسؤولية

لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة غير منقطعة أو خالية من الأخطاء. تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"كما هي متاحة" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع.

لن تتحمل جوترين (قوديرا) في أي حال مسؤولية أي إصابة أو خسارة أو أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، بما في ذلك الأرباح الفائتة وفقدان البيانات، وذلك بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القانون المعمول به.

المادة 16 — التعويض

توافق على الدفاع عن جوترين (قوديرا) وتعويضها وإبراء ذمتها من أي مطالبة أو طلب، بما في ذلك أتعاب المحامين المعقولة، يرفعه أي طرف ثالث نتيجة خرقك لهذه الشروط أو انتهاكك لأي قانون أو حقوق طرف ثالث.

المادة 17 — قابلية التجزئة

إذا تبيّن أن أي بند من بنود هذه الشروط غير قانوني أو باطل أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فسيظل هذا البند قابلاً للتنفيذ بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به وفقاً للقانون المعمول به، ولن يؤثر ذلك على صحة البنود الأخرى أو إمكانية تنفيذها.

المادة 18 — الإنهاء

تظل الالتزامات والمسؤوليات المترتبة على الطرفين قبل تاريخ الإنهاء سارية لجميع الأغراض. يجوز لنا إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت دون إشعار إذا خالفتَ أي شرط من شروطها، وستبقى مسؤولاً عن جميع المبالغ المستحقة حتى تاريخ الإنهاء.

المادة 19 — الاتفاقية الكاملة

تُشكّل هذه الشروط، إلى جانب سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد، الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبيننا، وتحكم استخدامك للخدمة، متجاوزةً أي اتفاقيات أو مراسلات سابقة.

المادة 20 — القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط وأي اتفاقيات منفصلة نُقدّم بموجبها الخدمات لك لأحكام قوانين جمهورية مصر العربية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها.

المادة 21 — التغييرات على الشروط

عدم بيع المعلومات الشخصية

لن تقوم جوترين (قوديرا) بأي حال من الأحوال ببيع أو تأجير أو منح ترخيص لمعلوماتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث لأغراضه التسويقية الخاصة.

معلومات بطاقة الائتمان

لا نقوم بجمع أو تخزين معلومات بطاقة الائتمان في قواعد بياناتنا أو خوادمنا. تُنقَل جميع تفاصيل الدفع بأمان إلى مزود خدمة الدفع لدينا (PayTabs) وتُدار من قِبله باستخدام أحدث معايير تشفير SSL.

كلمات المرور وأمان الحساب

أنت وحدك مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك. لا تُشارك اسم المستخدم أو كلمة المرور مع أي شخص. إذا شككتَ في وصول غير مصرح به لحسابك، تواصل معنا فوراً.

الأمان

تُشغّل جوترين (قوديرا) شبكات بيانات آمنة مصممة لحماية خصوصيتك وأمانك. نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان تخزين المعلومات الشخصية بأمان سواء إلكترونياً أو مادياً.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General

GoTren (Qodera) is committed to providing a reliable and fair booking experience for all users and service providers on the platform.

Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other users from accessing limited-capacity sessions and negatively impact our service providers' ability to operate. For this reason, this cancellation and refund policy is strictly enforced.

2. How Payment Works — Authorize/Capture Model

GoTren uses an authorize/capture payment model. This means:

• When you complete a booking, your payment method is authorized (a hold is placed on the funds) — but no money is charged at this point.
• The payment is only captured (funds actually deducted) once you attend the session.
• In the case of a confirmed no-show attributable to the user, the authorized amount will be captured.
• If you cancel within the eligible window (at least 6 hours before the session), the authorization is released in full and you are not charged anything.
• Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider, PayTabs.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful booking.
• We do not reserve or hold spots without a valid payment authorization.

3. Cancellation Requests

Users may cancel bookings through the GoTren platform at any time.

• Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session time to be eligible for a refund or platform credit.
• Cancellation requests submitted outside the eligible window will not qualify for a refund.
• Cancellations may be submitted via the platform's booking management section.

4. Late Cancellation & No-Show

• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session start time are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

5. Provider Cancellations

• If a space, trainer, or other service provider cancels a session after a confirmed booking, the user will receive a full refund or platform credit, at the user's election.
• GoTren will endeavour to notify affected users as early as possible in such cases.

6. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside GoTren (Qodera)'s control.
• Where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, a platform credit will be issued instead.

7. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must comply with the cancellation conditions stated above. General refund requests unrelated to a valid cancellation may be reviewed at our discretion within 14 days of the original payment date. No refunds will be considered after this period except where required by applicable law.

8. Promo Codes and Discounts

Where a promo code or discount was applied to a booking, refunds will be calculated on the amount actually paid after the discount, not the original price. Promo codes are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated once used.

9. Abuse & Misuse

GoTren (Qodera) reserves the right to limit refunds, suspend accounts, or restrict future booking access in cases of:

• Repeated cancellations that appear to be abusive or in bad faith.
• Suspected fraud or misuse of the cancellation or refund system.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting GoTren.

سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد

1. عام

تلتزم جوترين (قوديرا) بتوفير تجربة حجز موثوقة وعادلة لجميع المستخدمين ومزودي الخدمة على المنصة.

يؤدي الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور إلى منع مستخدمين آخرين من الاستفادة من الجلسات ذات الطاقة الاستيعابية المحدودة، مما يؤثر سلباً على قدرة مزودي الخدمة على العمل. لذلك، يُطبَّق هذا الإلغاء والاسترداد بصرامة.

2. آلية الدفع — نموذج التفويض والتحصيل

تعتمد جوترين نموذج التفويض والتحصيل (Authorize/Capture) في الدفع. وهذا يعني:

• عند إتمام الحجز، يُفوَّض مبلغ على وسيلة دفعك (يُحجَز) — ولكن لا تُخصَم أي أموال في تلك اللحظة.
• لا يُحصَّل المبلغ فعلياً إلا بعد حضورك الجلسة.
• في حالات عدم الحضور المؤكَّد من طرف المستخدم، يُحصَّل المبلغ المفوَّض.
• في حال الإلغاء ضمن النافذة الزمنية المؤهلة (قبل 6 ساعات على الأقل)، يُلغى التفويض بالكامل ولن تُحمَّل أي مبالغ.
• تتم عمليات الدفع عبر مزود خدمة الدفع الخارجي PayTabs.
• يُرسَل بريد إلكتروني للتأكيد إلى عنوانك المسجّل عند إتمام الحجز بنجاح.
• لا نحجز أماكن دون تفويض دفع صالح.

3. طلبات الإلغاء

يمكن للمستخدمين إلغاء الحجوزات عبر منصة جوترين في أي وقت.

• يجب تقديم طلب الإلغاء قبل 6 ساعات على الأقل من موعد الجلسة المقررة لاستحقاق الاسترداد أو رصيد المنصة.
• طلبات الإلغاء المقدَّمة خارج النافذة الزمنية المحددة لن تكون مؤهلة للاسترداد.
• يمكن تقديم طلبات الإلغاء عبر قسم إدارة الحجوزات في المنصة.

4. الإلغاء المتأخر وعدم الحضور

• الإلغاء قبل أقل من 6 ساعات من وقت بدء الجلسة غير قابل للاسترداد.
• عدم الحضور لجلسة محجوزة (No-Show) غير قابل للاسترداد في جميع الأحوال.
• قد يؤدي تكرار عدم الحضور إلى تقييد امتيازات الحجز في المستقبل.

5. إلغاء مزود الخدمة

• في حال إلغاء صالة رياضية أو مدرب لجلسة بعد تأكيد الحجز، يحصل المستخدم على استرداد كامل أو رصيد على المنصة، وفقاً لاختياره.
• ستسعى جوترين إلى إخطار المستخدمين المتضررين في أقرب وقت ممكن.

6. معالجة الاسترداد

• يُعالَج الاسترداد المؤهَّل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية كلما أمكن ذلك.
• قد تستغرق المعالجة من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل حتى تظهر في حسابك، تبعاً للبنك أو جهة إصدار البطاقة.
• التأخيرات الناجمة عن مزودي خدمات الدفع الخارجيين خارجة عن سيطرة جوترين (قوديرا).
• في حال تعذّر الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، سيُمنح رصيد على المنصة بديلاً عن ذلك.

7. مدة أهلية الاسترداد

يجب أن تتوافق طلبات الاسترداد مع شروط الإلغاء المذكورة أعلاه. يجوز لنا مراجعة طلبات الاسترداد العامة غير المرتبطة بإلغاء صحيح وفقاً لتقديرنا خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الدفع الأصلي. لن يُنظَر في أي طلبات استرداد بعد هذه الفترة إلا حيث يقتضي القانون المعمول به ذلك.

8. رموز الخصم والعروض الترويجية

في حال تطبيق رمز ترويجي أو خصم على حجز ما، يُحسَب الاسترداد على المبلغ المدفوع فعلياً بعد الخصم، لا على السعر الأصلي. رموز الخصم غير قابلة للاسترداد ولا يمكن إعادة تفعيلها بعد الاستخدام.

9. إساءة الاستخدام

تحتفظ جوترين (قوديرا) بالحق في تقييد عمليات الاسترداد أو تعليق الحسابات أو تقييد صلاحيات الحجز المستقبلية في حالات:

• تكرار الإلغاءات بما يبدو مسيئاً أو بسوء نية.
• الاشتباه في الاحتيال أو إساءة استخدام نظام الإلغاء أو الاسترداد.
• إجراء عمليات رد المدفوعات (Chargebacks) أو نزاعات الدفع دون التواصل المسبق مع جوترين.
